WISH Workshops and Retreats

Most women sometimes wish the

quality of their lives could change.

At the heart of it, many women are seeking a deeper sense of well-being—a knowing
that they are whole, resilient, and okay, even when the world around them feels chaotic
or uncertain. They want to feel grounded in who they are, now more than ever. And often, they simply crave more joy—a little more laughter, lightness, maybe even a
moment to dance amidst the noise.

WISH Workshops & Retreats are designed to meet that need.

They bring together 8 to 12 women of all ages to reconnect—with themselves and with
each other. Together, participants explore how they wish the quality of their lives could
shift, and they find meaningful support to make those wishes come true.

Each workshop reminds us that it is good to be with other women—sharing stories, laughter, and real conversation. Think of it as the grown-up version of a girls’ slumber party, infused with wisdom and warmth. Women may outgrow bunk beds, but they never outgrow the deep sense of connection that comes from being together. Recapturing that sense of ease and playfulness—even briefly—can be surprisingly restorative.

The Historic 1776 House
Canton, CT

In Canton, the historic 1776 House, built by Revolutionary War Captain John Brown, sits on 26 peaceful acres overlooking the river. It's a place to reconnect with nature, with others,
and with your own sense of purpose.

Your WISH to ENROLL invites you to add your own questions and topics, helping your facilitators shape an experience that’s personal and meaningful.

You’ll also have opportunities to explore wellness practices that deepen your connection to yourself and others—and of course, there will be time to celebrate you. They say, “When you WISH upon a star…” Well, sometimes, all it takes is making the choice to gather together with other women who also have a wish or two—and finding a lovely place to step away for a few days with caring, compassionate guides.

In times like these, rediscovering your Self isn't just a luxury it's a lifeline. Open your heart, stretch your mind, and listen very carefully. Your Self that part of you that sometimes gets lost in the blare of the world will hear the music and begin to dance again.
